The Warrior in the Garden Foundation is committed to serving genuine veterans and service members in need. Any attempt to misrepresent military service, falsify documentation, or fraudulently claim benefits is a serious offense.

Stolen valor—the act of falsely claiming military service or honors—is not only unethical, it may be punishable under federal law (Stolen Valor Act of 2013). Fraudulent applications undermine the integrity of our mission and take resources away from those who truly need them.

We verify all claims. Individuals found to be submitting false information will be reported to the appropriate authorities and permanently barred from receiving assistance.
